Under eye lines

I have lots of fine lines under my eyes and recently I’ve noticed that my concealer is starting to settle into them (I’m 36). It makes no difference if I put eye cream on or not, use setting powder or not so I’m thinking I need to do something more. I need a decent under eye cream that will actually help. My skin is very sensitive so I need something not too harsh. I’ve been using the CT under eye cream which feels lovely and my eyes do appear less sunken but it’s not doing anything for the lines. Any and all recommendations please!

I find if I use my finger to first tap on the concealer/makeup but then draw the finger accross the area a few times that that usually gets rid of the excess that's settled into the lines though.
