To save money (topical at the minute), I've started doing my own waxing and am delighted that it is going so well. Not sure why I've been paying for it and quite a lot of money too.

I've started doing my own nails. Not gels, although I removed them myself with some special removed stuff, (the whole bottle was cheaper than one removal at my salon). I'm just doing mine with normal nail polish with a good top coat and it is lasting fine. Doing my own cuticle work as well with pusher and cuticle remover liquid.

The only thing I'm going to not do myself is pedicures when summer rolls around. I hate doing my own feet!

Also cutting down a lot on hair stuff. No more colouring. Just a trim every few-6 months

I tint my own brows. That’s about it

I do most of these - but I also make my own soap, facial oil, bath oil, bath salts, bath melts & lip balm. And today I've been on a course making face moisturiser & hand cream. Not sure I'll be doing that regularly but it was fun.
It is cheaper in the long run but you do need all the raw ingredients, equipment & recipes & store it all.

I do my own nails at home and feet. Never wax just shave. Fake tan at home occasionally and dye and shape eyebrows myself. I do go to a premier hair salon though every 6-8 weeks which is my treat.
