Lululemon fit

I've decided to buy some Lululemon leggings after seeing that they do bigger sizes. Do they come up true to size?

Also, any recommendations for the best ones to get. It's for gym, yoga and pilates.

I’m a 10/12 and fit into a US 6 when not pregnant so I think they’re true to slightly forgiving.

Align leggings are super stretchy and great for yoga or pilates but not hard wearing enough for the gym. Wunder Train is better for the gym.

I’m a size 16-18 UK and bought US14 wunder train. They fit really well.
