Sleep bra

Hi, has anyone found a bra that keeps your boobs inside of it when you sleep on your side and stops them from falling out? Am thinking full cup or cross your heart but struggling to find one that works so far. Grateful for any suggestions or recommendations. Thanks Smile

M&S do great sleep bras (flexi fit or similar) that work well

This is my current favourite sleep bra, Nova from Bravissimo:

Thank you. Will give them a try. Do they genuinely keep them in?

I wear sleep bras from Bravissimo and, yes, they do keep them in as you put it. I have also worn their nighties with built in bras. They maybe a bit pricey but they last and last. It’s so much more comfortable to sleep in a bra!

Omg the M&S sleep bra is literally the best thing ever!
If I can get away with it I wear it all day Grin

Good value at about £11 although check size, they're in dress sizes but do 2 versions (one for bigger bust)

Yy to the M&S sleep bra. I did size up as I found the fir quite snug but so comfortable. I can't sleep without one now!

The last one I had that was comfortable came from Mothercare twenty something years ago. It was crossover, with fastenings at both side seams and the back was like a vest top rather than a straps.

It looked a bit like the bravissimo one above only I have tried that one. The cross over is stitched down so it is no different to any other unwired bra. It is thick fabric and with a small chest but large breasts, I feel smothered by it and still end up with a monoboob. I sent it back.

Never heard of sleep bras. I'm a 32G and sleep naked. What do sleep bras do? Isn't it lovely to be braless for at least part of each day/night?

TomAllenWife · 02/03/2022 15:50

@HowIsItMarchAlready I'm 32F, it's more like a bralet, so comfy, no fastenings so nothing digging in
I also find in my peri menopausal state that it stops me sweating so much

VerityPJohnson · 02/03/2022 16:04

Another recommendation for the M&S one. I got the fuller cup one in a size 10, am 30FF. Definitely keeps them in. I can't bear my breasts slapping about.

singlepringlenotbychoice · 02/03/2022 16:11

Do they help with wrinkles/creases on the chest. I'm a side sleeper with 30GG boobs and I've noticed lines are taking longer to disappear after I wake up.
