I'm just going up to 0.1 from 0.05 - did anyone notice a bit change in how their skin behaved. Bit nervous I'll be really dry.

It was fine for me. You can apply moisturiser first, then tret, for a couple of weeks, just to be on the safe side

I'm nervous about moving up to 0.05 so know how you feel.
Get some Cerave to buffer - amazing stuff.

I alternated 0.05 and 0.1 for a few nights just to see how it went, was fine.

Felt fine all day. I did a bit extra moisturising and some snail mucin
