Is there a cosmetic procedure to change this?

My face is quite asymmetrical and one cheek is noticeably wider than the other. I think when I look at myself in the mirror I don’t see it so much but when I look at photos it’s much more apparent. I know they can do all sorts these days but is the kind of thing that can be fixed?

Do you grind your teeth at night by any chance? If so, your face muscles can build up quite noticeably, perhaps unevenly. Botox can sort it out, buy you need to find a cosmetic dentist who knows what they are doing rather than a beauty salon.

No I don’t grind my teeth.

Flip the photo 180 degrees and you'll see what you see in the mirror
