My Philips lumea BRI923/00 isn't working

It always worked perfectly. I forgot to use it for a while. It lights up but there's no kick in it. So expensive mistake. Is there any rescue

I'm no help really but could bump it for you. Wasn't there something about charging it every few months to stop it dying????

It's a plug in type rather than a charger type but maybe that's it. I didn't use it enough. Thanks for bumping

How long have you had it for? If it's less than 2 years it will still be under warranty and you can ring Philips to get a repair/new one: 0800 3316016

Ah good, I got mine in like 2017/18, used it religiously, then completely forgot about it for 6 months, tried to use it and the light came on but no zap. Thought it was because I hadn't used it for ages, so put it on to charge for a whole day, still nothing. I got in contact with Philips on WhatsApp and they were really helpful, saying that they would arrange for a return and replacement, and then it started working again! So didn't bother. Still going strong now (fingers crossed!).

I think you are meant to charge it every month or so to stop the battery going flat or something, but I'm not good at remembering, hardly have to top up with it now.
