Where do you buy decent bikinis?

First holiday in years - cannot wait!

I've sorted the toddler with 84 different cute UV swim suits but I have no idea where to find decent quality bikinis. Help please! I don't need any specialist sizes - size 8, wear a small, D chest.

I find Calzedonia bikinis good quality, they last well and don't lose their shape/elasticity.

Boden, freya, miss mandalay are all good. Whatever size, unless you have anti gravity breasts I do think bra sized ones are more flattering, but boden has very pretty prints so sometimes worth the lack of oomph.

Another vote for Calzedonia. Worth every penny, they last for years are supportive and come in great colours. So comfortable as well

I got a lovely one from tide and seek recently.
I also used to like pistol panties but not sure if they are still going.

PollyIndia · 27/02/2022 17:31

Pistol panties are still going and they are lovely still! I just checked

PollyIndia · 27/02/2022 17:33

Well actually I am less keen on pp than I used to be. But I defo recommend tide and seek!

I just got a Seafolly bikini for £40 from House of Fraser- they’re normally at least £80. They don’t have all sizes in, but maybe worth a look?

Zazdar · 27/02/2022 23:06

I got a several Seafolly bikinis from Sports Direct last year for about £12 a set. They still have a few in stock. Loads of other makes too.

Seafolly is amazing and lasts years

stringbean · 27/02/2022 23:36

Agree about Seafolly - pricey but great quality. Size up though - their bikinis are small.
