Has anyone ordered from Beauty Bay before? I bought some The Ordinary products 10 days ago and still nothing!

Yes. Usually takes around 4 days to a week.
10 days seems unusual.

I don't shop there anymore after the courier delivered my order to wrong address. When I hadn't received it I got in touch and they sent me a picture of someone's porch saying they had delivered it to my address, it wasn't my porch ! I did eventually after knocking on lots of doors in my road get the parcel but at a huge inconvenience to myself. They offered to refund postage. I told them to poke it and haven't shopped there since

I won't use them.

Delivery driver delivered parcel to someone else, took a photo of it at a completely random house.

I complained and got a refund then BeautyBay banned me from placing orders for security reasons
