How easy are they to keep clean, and how do people find the Birko-Flor upper?

I keep flip flopping on whether I want a pair, yes they are everywhere but I’m head over heals with the comfort of my Birkenstock slippers so maybe I should be wearing some out and about too. The gap in my wardrobe would be for fresh white Arizonas as an alternative to white trainers in summer.

I have the blue birko-flor upper Arizona with the soft footbed. Love them. The birko-flor doesn’t stretch like my leather ones did. Not white though, so not sure about keeping them clean. A quite wipe cleans up the navy ones no problem.

I imagine they’d be as easy to keep clean as white trainers. I quite fancy a pair this summer too.

I've got some white Arizonas that I bought in TK Maxx for a bargain price a few years ago. The straps have got a slightly shiny finish which helps keep them clean I think, as they are easier to wipe off. I've got some Madrids with a matte finish on the straps and I think if the white had the same, they'd be harder to clean.

I am going to give them a good wipe down with micellar water before I wear them this summer to freshen then up - it's my new favourite thing to clean white trainers with.

Dead easy to keep clean and I'm the kind of person that needs new white trainers every year because I seen to attract grub - they come up really clean with a baby wipe.

Mine are 5 years old and you can barely tell. And I live in them in the summer! They come up really clean with a wipe.

@Thinkle lack of stretching is a good thing for me. The size I bought fit me, and stayed fitting me. The silver ones stretched so much I couldn’t wear them.

I’ve been looking at these op! I’m also in love with my Birkenstock slippers and have been looking at these plus the boots. Do all Birkenstock shoes have the moulded soul?
