Help please for a night out in London

I'm at size 14-16 really big stomach but ok everywhere else, going for a girls night out, for a nice meal and drinks in a bar next weekend and can't think what to wear, anyone a similar size and could recommend an outfit?

Good jeans and a top with a decent jacket?
