Spring wedding - guest dress help!

I’m going to a wedding at a very posh venue in mid spring so really want to make an effort and not let the side down. I’ve found two dresses that I like but whilst they’re perfect (for me) in style I’m not sure about the colours. They feel more winter wedding that spring. What do you guys think?

If they’re unsuitable would you lovely people be able to help me find an alternative? I’m early 30s, size 14, very busty with a tiny waist, a mum tum and big hips & bum.

Not sure what my seasonal palette is but I have very pale skin (blue undertones), blue-grey eyes and honey blonde hair (with red undertones).

I have a preference for midi dresses with full skirts, nipped in at the waist and low neckline. Could probably go for something slightly above the knee but nothing higher as my big bum pulls dresses up at the back and I don’t want to be showing off my knickers 😆 I’d be willing to spend up to £150 on the right dress.

2nd one is nice with a light springy coloured scarf or cardi thing?

I like both but think that the second one with something red around your shoulders would work. If you went with the first one then perhaps style it with paler pink accessories?

I like dress number 2. Number 1 is slightly too much (but maybe that's cuz I'm old Envy). The second dress would be fab with a lovely wrap and nice shoes.

Neither one looks very posh. First one very winters and second one too casual

A figure like yours would look amazing in one of those vintage style dresses. There was someone wearing one at a wedding I went to a few years ago and she looked sooo beautiful in it. I got the details and bought one myself. Tbh, to do the styles justice, you need a curvy figure, lots of the models on the website are curvy

Yes this

Neither, both way too dark for a spring wedding.

Try Dancing Leopard dresses, some are quite long but can always get it taken up if you need to but the hang beautifully

Something by Bombshell would look good on you I think:

Victoria Hamilton wore one in a recent TV series, and I thought it was the perfect wedding guest dress:
