When to use Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium HA in routine

To cut to the chase, my query is: if I want to use a treatment serum to tackle my skin concerns in the morning, does it go before or after the Hada Labo, considering that product needs moisture and sealing in?

I’m currently wacking it on a damp face after cleansing and slathering on moisturiser afterwards.

I have Zelens Vit C power drops, which is an oil, but I’m confused as to the order I should be putting them on. I don’t know if this is the product for me tbh. I want to be sure I’m putting a good covering of it on but I don’t like a full face of oil in the morning.

Any advice for treatment oil/Hada Labo lotion order, or indeed, a better AM product to tackle my concerns would be greatly appreciated.

Background info
I’m really trying to stay consistent with my skincare routine this year to combat peri-induced irritability including chin zits, dryness everywhere else and hyperpigmentation (which is a combination of hereditary-strength dark eye circles, sun spots on cheeks and PIH from all those zits that take about a freakin year to fade).

AM
KS goat milk cleanser
Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium HA lotion
KS K8 peptide moisturiser
Bioré watery essence SPF (running out- may try Heliocare)

PM
EH moringa balm
KS goat milk cleanser
Zelens PHA pads
Zelens power A drops
KS K8 peptide moisturiser

As a general rule, skincare should be applied in order of thickness of the product, so watery serums etc to start after cleanser, and thicker oils or creams at the end.
