Summer clothes, living abroad

Hi

We live abroad, in Spain, so July and August are often very hot, late 20s and early 30s daily.

I'm at a loss on what to wear in the heat. I'm mid 30s, about 5ft3, with five children, the last two being twins who were a section and I am struggling to get my stomach back to any sort of nice shape, so am quite conscious of it.

We have a good range of shops, Zara, Mango, Primark, Stradivarius , H&M and can order from Next and M&S. I'm guessing summer stock isn't all out yet, I just don't know what looks or styles to go for.

I need a lot of casual wear, and then a few nicer bits for summer market nights and drinks with friends - but I just have no idea! My tops are about 5 years old and cannot last another summer. I feel I just look frumpy all the time, and dressing for the heat is hard when you still have to food shop, cook, clean, drive the kids to summer clubs etc.

Any ideas welcome!
Thank you!
