Have a look at Selkie Swim Co - they've got lovely fleecy mittens but I second a dryrobe or flask.

I love my USB handwarmer. Wearable hot water bottles are v popular in my groups at the moment.

Sista Stitch made me a gorgeous swimming bag (the red one in their photos) last week with matching mat and wet bag which is absolutely lovely.

Swimbler bobble hats are great, very happy with mine.
Contiguo thermal cups are something I'm always glad of as the push to drink means they don't spill while you are shivering
