I seem to be ageing rapidly! The lines from my nose to mouth and just below look horrendous! Any tips or products to help greatly appreciated pls :-)

Honestly I don’t think any product will make much difference. Don’t get me wrong, you’ll generally look better if you’re healthy and follow a good skincare routine but you can’t erase the lines. I think filler and perhaps Botox are your only options

I tried loads of creams and go a Nuface gadget but have had to resort to filler. It’s made such a difference. Now just have to worry about my neck!

I started having filler in my marionette line when I noticed my mouth beginning to turn downwards and my marionette lines increasing - I also have a small amount of botox around my mouth to freeze the muscle - it has made a huge difference!

May I ask what fillers you had? And did they inject actually into the lines to smooth them or into your cheekbones/temples to "lift" the skin? I'm really keen to have something done about mine but I'm worried about looking puffy or obvious!

Where do you have the filler and what type? I’ve heard you can have it around your mouth or cheeks/cheekbones.
Does Botox help there too? I would like it to look quite natural.
I have baby Botox around forehead and crows feet currently, which I love!

I had fillers this week. Looks so natural. I love it.

I had very heavy nasolabial folds and originally went to see a doctor for filler. She told me to put it in my cheeks which would pull up my skin to ease the nasolabial folds. I did that but after a few weeks it was clear that wasn’t going to work, so I went back.

I’ve since had filler put straight into the nasolabial folds and it’s incredible. Many doctors won’t do this because it can go wrong but my doctor was happy to and I’m so pleased with results. I don’t look puffy or overfilled and it’s smoothed out these lines.

Skincare will only do so much- I was 32 when I had it done and now only need a small top up once a year!

If you already have a practitioner you trust then ask them but if you’re looking for someone else use the Save Face website to check accreditation as I’ve seen some horror stories….
