Can anyone help find me a ‘going out’ top?!

I’m looking for something eveningy, but without massive balloon sleeves and am not having much luck! I’d like it to be…

-mostly black/grey/silver, but happy to have little flowers/stars or something on it.
-ideally blouse fabric rather than a T-shirt
-long or 3/4 sleeves (which aren’t big and flappy or with massive puffy shoulders!)

I spent ages looking on Shein but all the sleeves are massively voluminous! If anyones seen anything that might fit the bill, please help!

What's your budget? This looks nice - I found it by looking for "going out" tops in black on the rather useful John Lewis search tool.

That is very beautiful but has the sleeves I was talking about-they just make me look like I’m about to take off!
