Wedding guest, help please!

I'm in desperate need of ideas for a dress /outfit for a wedding I'm attending in less than a month.
I'm lacking in confidence and I have no idea what suits me these days 😕

So, I'm a size 18/20, 5ft 9, huge boobs and a belly which I hate.
To add into the complication I'm skint and I hate getting too hot so need something cool.
Budget of about 50 quid for an entire outfit so needs to be cheap.
Any suggestions or cuts I need to be looking at?
I really don't want to be the fat lass hiding in the back!

Something that nips in under the bust then skims out a bit would be flattering. And given the budget, Ebay could be your friend here.

Do you have existing bag/shoes that you like that you could then just look for a dress?

I'm also pale as the driven snow with red/ginger hair so I don't even know what colours to go for. 😒

Yours, I shall Google, I am freaking out about a bloody dress, my default 'style!' Is very much mum mode, jeans and the shirt. 🙄

I tend to like v neck as I find anything else makes me look really top heavy. Keep the ideas coming and thank you so much for help on this!

The reviews say the fabric isn't good enough quality for a wedding guest outfit on that one

Pleats are a good idea though
