HI all just after some advice please!

I have a jaw length bob and have very thick hair, and no matter what I do or use I have to wash it every other day. I have tried all types of shampoo's, conditioners from cheap to midrange to higher priced ones from salons. if I leave it a 2nd day it looks dark, dirty and greasy to the extent even my kids noticed and someone commented at work the other day.

Any tips or ideas please, I've tried dry shampoo, talcolm powder for that 2nd day and they make it look worse.

I work 8-8 monday to friday, have 3 kids and washing my hair at gone 10 at night or at 6 in the morning whilst trying to get me and everyone else ready is taking its toll lol

thanks

This might sound completely illogical but I found that using a pre-shampoo hair oil has really improved the condition of my scalp and made my hair so much nicer and less greasy between washes. I used the fable and mane holiroots and put it in the night before I wash in the morning, but I think you only need to leave the oil in for 5 mins minimum. I can’t believe what a difference it’s made for me so might be worth a try.

A clarifying shampoo might be helpful

Dry shampoo before you go to bed. It has time to absorb the oils overnight etc. might not be perfect but let’s me get away with day 2 (… and 3!) hair Smile
