Has anyone bought from here. Is it any good? The trousers look ideal for work but it's hard to tell what the quality is like online.

Do an advanced search - they have a very bad rep on MN and there’s at least one quite long thread on their quality and customer service.

I ordered a couple of things and I am pleased with them BUT there have been quite a few people on here that have struggled with their customer service when trying to return things

I have ordered trousers from them can’t remember which ones think maybe apartment or putney.

I kept them as they were comfortable and were exactly what I was looking for (comfortable stretchy waist dress up dress down, plain coloured with pockets and they cater across the sizes with 3 different inside leg measurements and up to a 34’ inside leg) but they are over priced for what they were.

Things I dislike about the company;

  1. delivery can easily take two to three weeks from placing an order!!
  2. the price for exactly the same item can fluctuate up or down by £10-£40 over a period of a few months.
  3. the garments are over priced for what they are.
  4. the returns process is overly complex and absolutely dreadful drawn out and dreadful. They seem to want to offer you a credit note or replacement or anything else rather than a full refund.

I've read more negative than positive about them.
I get the impression it's one of those companies where the stuff looks good and then arrives and it only shares a passing resemblance to what they show on the website. The long delivery times make people suspect it's cheaply manufactured stuff brought in from the far East.

Appalling company to deal with, the clothes are not worth the hassle. Avoid.

I have a dress that I love. I was surprised at the negative experiences people had when the last thread ran as I found everything to be fine.
