Can anyone tell me the best facial oil for sensitive skin that is prone to break outs? Is it rose hip oil?

Squalane oil is good for breakout prone skin. And you can get it cheaply to try it.

I like the Clarins blue orchid oil but it's quite expensive. Got it as a present.

Pai light fantastic is the best I've tried and I've tried them all. I'm on my third bottle

I have pretty sensitive skin and use votary the geranium and rose hip. It’s amazing.

Neal's Yard rosehip oil cured my rosacea. I've swapped now to Aldi's which seems to be non-reactive though it's not pure rosehip but a lot cheaper!

Body Shop Oils of Life seems to calm my skin.

Elodie741 · 17/02/2022 07:44

Pai’s rosehip oil is amazing!

I use Sukin's pure Rosehip Oil - it's helped my spots & im seeing an improvement in pigmentation too.

Pai Carbon Star is amazing too. I use Light Fantastic if my skin feels sore/wind burn and Carbon Star if I feel a breakout coming on. I have really sensitive skin and none of Pai’s products have ever made it react negatively.

This is excellent….as recommended by Nigella.

Agree with previous poster that Lacura Rose Oil from Aldi is good - and a bargain! www.aldi.co.uk/lacura-rose-facial-oil/p/717317533591400

Jojoba oil is suitable even for very sensitive/ acne pro skin

Tinks15 · 17/02/2022 08:20

I’ve heard good things about Pai before but will look at the others too. My skin is just so sensitive & doesn’t seem to like any type of moisturiser & I’ve tried so many!

Didn’t realise jojoba oil is suitable don’t know much about that.
