Waterproof eye make up remover

Can anyone recommend one that's not too pricey please?

I wear waterproof mascara as normal mascara gives me panda eyes. However I can never get it off even in the shower! I've tried a few but none truly take it off...

Boots cucumber eye make up remover gel used to do the trick but I can't find it anywhere now.

Hi, I'm the same with mascara - only wear waterproof to avoid panda eyes. I used to use Clinique Take The Day Off eye makeup remover which was great. But, I found the Nivea Double Effect Eye Make Up Remover to be just as good and a fraction of the price! So I always use that.

Body shop camomile cleansing balm is the absolute business for removing all make up. Even does the job on Halloween face paints with minimal effort. I rub it on then wipe off with a damp reusable pad thingy. Doesn’t sting eyes at all either.
