Help me out, I’m feeling old!
I have some new(ish) grey Timberland boots, but struggling with jeans that look right with them. I have a couple of shorter length pairs I’ve been wearing turned up so they sit at the top of the boot but I’m not convinced by that look. So have been looking for slim bootcut/straight leg types that I can wear over them for a change. This where I came across ‘Dad jeans’ 
Did not know the mom jean had a male counterpart! They look pretty comfy, but maybe a bit baggy, can anyone tell me what the style is supposed to be?
And can anyone tell me what a short, dumpy 45 year old should wear with her boots? Thank you wise and trendy ones!
