Looking for a cheap and cheerful budy scrub that isn't too drying, I have seen lots but they seem to be a lot of money for a small pot

Buy the exfoliating gloves by Soap and Glory for £4.50 and use a shower gel or cream. Honestly, you’ll not buy a body scrub again. You don’t need to. These are brilliant. It was a tip I got off here.

Lush Buffy bar

Another vote for the soap and glory exfoliating gloves. They're the best ones out there. Use them with whatever shower gel/soap you want and your skin will be super soft

JDandC · 15/02/2022 21:25

Thanks all! The gloves sound like a good idea! how do you look after them? Do they need replacing often? @thisislove @itsoveritshard

Just make sure you rinse them thoroughly wring then out and let them air dry between uses. Every now and then I chuck mine in the washing machine for a proper clean. Don't be tricked into buying cheaper alternatives m, they're not as scrubby as the soap and glory ones.,

St Ives scrub. I've been using this product for maybe 30 years! It's excellent.

Of you could make your own. I'm going to try it when my current stash runs out.

Chrispackhamspoodle · 18/02/2022 07:59

Body Shop Moringa.

Agree - make your own with salt/sugar/coffee grounds and then just add oil (such as grapeseed, jojoba etc) and a few drops of essential oil if desired.

Livinthedream84 · 18/02/2022 19:57

I fell for the exfoliating mitt lie on here a few years ago and that’s put me off buying gloves or mitts. Absolute rubbish. Are the soap and glory ones really good?

My fave scrub is sanctuary hot sugar scrub but it’s so pricey :(
