All heels to High!!

Do you think a cobbler could cut these heels. I am 5ft 11 and always been self conscious of my height!

In case you are asking genuinely the answer is that the heels cannot be cut. You would just tips backwards. You need to find flat sandals or shoes if you don't want to wear heels.

If you cut the heels, the sole would not be flat on the ground. Wouldn’t be usable as shoes.

Just cast your net wider. Plenty of websites let you filter shoes by heel height.

I'm the same height as you and love a heel on the right occasion, but plenty of lovely flats out there as well.

In answer to your question, no you can't cut the heel.
