seborrheic dermatitis on face

I think I have this, red flaky skin in creases/eyebrows that no amount of moisturiser or oil is fixing. I also have it in my ears and on my scalp.

Apparently mineral spf is better, any recommendations? And what else do people use? Dr Bailey recommends zinc pyrithrone, have shampoo with that in, and clotrimazole cream.

Just started dermatica (again) too but would explain why I tolerate it so badly.

What worked for me - Zineryt prescribed by Doctor and Nizoral shampoo which you can also use to wash your face and eyebrows. You just need to let it sit a couple minutes on your skin.

You can buy Nizoral in Boots.

Thanks, I'll try the nizoral as I have some anyway

I used nizoral and also Daktarin gold cream on my eyebrows….cream not really supposed to be used on the face but mine were so itchy, I was ready to rip them off!
