Beauty Hacks and Tips-A List

I'm up for the second time tonight feeding my DS2 who is 4 weeks old. I've been in once to my DS1 who is 26 months after a nightmare woke him (DH was on the loo but usually deals with toddler overnight)

As a result I know I'm going to look like shit tomorrow and I also know I'll have maybe 10 mins to get myself presentable in between feeding and winding new baby.

So I thought I'd start a thread on top tips/beauty hacks that you have accumulated in life! How to make yourself look effortlessly put together, without the...err...effort!

I'll start but mine are a bit rubbish and I'm hoping wiser women will be along to top up the list!
___

-always leave 5 minutes between moisturising and make up application otherwise every thing slides off!

-a couple of sprays of batiste makes my hair look volumous without much effort and regardless of if it needs a wash

-mascara on the top lashes only makes your eyes look wider than putting it on the bottom lashes too

-a slightly darker eye shadow in the crease of your eyelid can open up your eyes (carefully done)

As I said, mine are a bit crap but please add yours!

Use dry shampoo before bed not in the morning, it soaks grease up overnight.
