Help - heated lap blanket needed

It may not be the most stylish of questions but where can I get a lap (not bed) sized heated blanket powered by a mains rechargeable battery pack so I can push my much beloved nana to the pub for an illicit baileys? Amazon looks like a minefield of malfunction and I cant have a freezing 90+yo on my conscience. Bonus points if it has mitten/muff funtionality for her hands.

I’m (half) joking about the baileys but would love to be able to give her fresh air without fear of having to thaw her out afterwards. She has very limited mobility and is, understandably, unkeen to be outside in her wheelchair right now unless we can keep her cosy.

Gosh I'm fascinated to see what people come up with on this one- I dont have any magic answers Im afraid.

A teaching friend swore by the Regatta heated gilets during last winter when windows had to be left open in classrooms?

This "cozee" blanket looks interesting though perhaps too big for your needs?
