Can't cope with my skin anymore

Can anyone please help?! I'm at my wits end with dry skin on my face.

I feel like I've tried everything, every brand, every tip. Nothing helps without making my face red and spotty. So I have to choose between dry flaky skin which I can't wear foundation over, or red lumpy skin which I absolutely have to smoother in foundation!

Has anyone found a miracle cure?

I would go to an nhs dermatologist if I were you , your gp can refer. While you are waiting strip it back to very basic ingredients only Eg. Jojoba oil is brilliant at moisturising but completely non-comedogenic. Sometimes it’s the only thing that will work on my sensitive, acne prone skin when it is having a flare up. I also really like Cicalfate cream by Avene for healing. Good luck.
