Which bra for post-breastfeeding and changed boobs - need help

Hello,

I finished breastfeeding a couple of months ago. I went to John Lewis to try on a few bras, but couldn’t find anything that was perfectly fitted. Found one that almost fit, but it had pointy bits that poked me on the front near my armpits.

I also wanted to try 28 as that is the best recommended for me using the much recommended website on here - but there weren’t any, only 30.

Can anyone recommend any styles for breasts that are now smaller, and have lost firmness?

The bra that fitted best was a Demi-lift style by Calvin Klein.

My breasts have lost tissue higher up on the actual breast, so they are not filled out - there’s not much to lift if you understand what I mean!

Will need to order several at this point I guess to try at home.

Many thanks!

You sound similar to me. I’m also a 28 which is a pain to find on the high street! And kinda empty despite being an E cup, especially at the top.
The only underwired bra i’ve found suitable post breastfeeding is Panache Cleo plunge bras.
Day to day though I just wear padded bralettes or crop tops cos they are so much easier to find and comfier!

Thank you! I will check them out. Just need some suggestions so I can order loads to try at home. I felt so stressed trying the various bras in store, although the lady was super nice!

I will need to get bralettes too, but need some bras for wearing with more fitted tops!
