Embroided doc martens advice please

I've fell in love with the vonda doc martens. The pattern is embroided rather than painted on.
Has anyone got these type of boots and can let me know if they are just going to be ruined by the wet and mud?
I'm going to use them for the school run and general walks

I have these boots. My husband got them for my birthday. They're bloody gorgeous
They are fine in the rain and haven't noticed any issues. In terms of mud I haven't dare wear them anywhere near mud.
I tend to wear them for city trips not muddy walks

Maybe I will have to go for it and then just keep my walking boots for muddy walks!
(I think I was probably justifying the price with the idea of wearing them non stop!! )

Got the ankle boot version of these. They’re lovely and would be ok for a walk in town but I think they wouldn’t do well in mud.
