Vinted v eBay for selling clothes?

As I am loosing weight I am going to be selling all my larger clothes (super incentive to not out on weight again!).

Previously I have only ever bought and sold on eBay and have noticed a few people mentioning Vinted on here.

I can't see clearly what the differences are. Has anybody with experience a preferred site and if so, can I ask why? Many thanks.

I have lost a lot of weight over the past year - about 3-4 dress sizes, so selling for the exact same reasons you are. Loosing weight is expensive lol. But I have had loads of success on Vinted. It's easy to use, the buyer selects their shipping method and pays for it. They let the app know once it's received and you get your money. If for some reason they forget and don't mark it as received the app automatically completes the sale for you in 30 days and you'll get your money then, but I've never had this happen.

It's much easier than eBay. Less competition, no waiting around for auctions to end, no fees, no having to re-list. I actually just sold a summer top I uploaded about May time last year that hadn't sold. But most of my items sell within a week.
