Are wedge heels dated?

I found these 2 pairs at the back of my closet and I think I last wore them in summer 2019. Are they still in style? It seems even the Duchess of Cambridge has given up hers and she was always wedded to the wedge!

I have some that I will wear with a plain cotton shift in a dark colour, or a utility dress in a similar shade- gives them a bit of edge. Chunky jewellery and simple accessories.

But I think they would look very dated and early 00s with a floral summer dress or ‘jeans and a nice top’

I think so.

They may be, but I do love wedges! Comfy, cooling and so easy to walk in. If they are out, I say bring them back!

I love wedges too! People are no longer wearing heels because they're uncomfortable, but wedges are comfy so why do we have to give them up? They're the only shoes with some height I can actually walk in!

They're a summer thing. Kate will be back wearing hers once the sun is out.
