Help me look GREAT at my friend’s wedding

Hello style & beauty gurus. The time has come for me to make my first MN post and I hope I’m not too cheeky asking for your help.
I will be attending a friend’s wedding in June and will be seeing lots of people I haven’t seen since my early 20s. I’m now early 30s and have had a baby a year ago. I want to look great at this wedding! Easy-breezy-I’ve-never-looked-better kind of look.
I am tall, size 10-12 (more towards 12 now, hopefully nearer 10 at the time), broad shoulders and would happily wear a colourful dress (anything but pastel really). Oh and I want sleeves preferably. Love florals. Budget of up to £200 for the right dress. Any helpful tips would be very much appreciated!

I was going to say never fully dressed as well! Some beautiful dresses on there perfect for a wedding.

Forever unique is another good one. You’d be surprised by the newer collections.

Alternatively you could go for a pastel suit? Zara and Mango have some lovely ones as well

My best friend got married a year after my ds was born and I really wanted to look my best at the wedding too. I bought a gorgeous dress from monsoon, matching shoes & paid to have hair and make up done on the day as I knew I’d never get time to do a decent job if I didn’t go out of the house to have it done. I’m still pleased with the pictures of myself.
