Best cheap mascara

I need some mascara. And want something volumising but not clumpy and not fake lash looking. I have long lashes, so lengthening isn't too much of an issue.

I loved my Bourjois one for years and haven't managed to find a new favourite since they left the UK. And mascara prices seem to be going up and up, meaning I'm less inclined to take a punt without recommendations. What do you use?

(I don't like Benefit bad gal before it's recommended. It's too clumpy for me)

Maybelline collosal the one with the yellow tube and purple text on it.

Wilkos lash princess one. Regularly mentioned on beauty blogs etc. About 4 quid or less. I prefer it to benefit

Ah yes I had forgotten about this!

My mum used it for years when I was a kid. I like it at the end of the tube, but find it a little too liquid at the beginning.

Max Factor makes the best mascaras, and they're not expensive. Even cheaper is Rimmel, made by the same company.

Just an update... I was looking at the makeup counters last night and spotted that Great Lash that @nothingbutadreamerohno recommended now does a "big" version with a bigger more bristly brush. £5 and it is amazing
