Boob job aftercare

Hi everyone, I've had a boob job (on Sat) as fed 4 babies including exclusively pumping for last one and boobs were empty sacks.
I'm unsure how much I should be doing? I'm strapped up in the most uncomfortable bra until Thursday and surgeon said if I take it off will get deformed breasts. I have a 9 month old - can I lift her? I'm trying not to do too much but it's very tricky x

My understanding is that you can't do any lifting or anything that could put pressure on the area or that could possibly cause a rupture. I am looking to have breast augmentation for the same reasons but will have to wait until my youngest (4 months) is older as I couldn't commit to the recovery time at the moment sadly. Take it as easy as you can until the doctor gives you the all clear.
