Does a shirt/top like this exist?

For work I'd really like a top that is mainly plain jersey type fabric but with shirt collar and cuffs. Maybe just buttons at neck, not the whole way down.
I'm short and busty and carry weight on my middle. I'd like something with the effect of a smart white shirt under a jumper or sleeveless knitted tank but without the bulk.
Has anyone seen anything that fits the bill?

I noticed they had this sort of thing in Matalan the other day. Can't speak for the quality as I didn't look to closely

Thanks but it is a shirt to wear under jumpers I already own that I'm looking for rather than a two-in-one. Sorry, my description probably isn't very clear.

Me & Em has a lot of this sort of thing - they're called 'layering shirts/tops' but they don't come cheap Sad. They still have sale items so might be worth a look.

Boden also has a ruffle-front jersey shirt with frilled cuffs that might be the sort of thing you're looking for.

Uniqlo have a range of viscose shirts with collars. I have one and it’s light soft and drapes.

I have just bought 4 in the Boden clearance which are perfect- cotton jersey collared tops, no buttons though. I got the white one first then bought one in every colour left because it's just what I've been looking for. It's called collared notch neck cotton top. I paid £18 each in the clearance, down from about £45.

Thanks for all the suggestions, some of those are really lovely and mostly well beyond my budget.
I actually ended up finding what I was looking for here
I have bought anything from here before so hope the quality will be ok.
