I would wash it extremely gently by hand - almost just rinsing it through with slightly soapy water and then with clean water. Polyester won't shrink, but anything that agitates it risks losing the sequins or making them lie wrong. Then place it between two large towels to absorb excess water and dry flat on a towel once it's stopped dripping.
