Best leggings for untoned!

Just as the title says! I need to buy new sports leggings, however I feel bit self conscious as the other end is not at all toned!!! Id prefer cotton legging, nice and soft. Can anyone recommend a brand that doesn't cost a fortune?

I bought some from gap in the sales. Not cotton but great fit for sports.
These look similar but I went for a darker shade.
