Alternative to Invisalign

I've just had a consultation for braces and have been quoted just over £5k and a rough time estimate of 9-12 months.

My teeth aren't that bad and I actually get complimented on them quite a lot, however as I've gotten older I can tell they are becoming more crooked.

Has anyone tried a cheaper method of Invisalign and had good results?

That’s a lot of £ if your teeth aren’t too bad. where are you? I’m in south (not london though). Paid £4600 2 years ago but my teeth were very crooked and my treatment lasted 18 months. Needed tooth filing, lots and lots of trays, new moulds taken at mid point. Very pleased.
Have you looked at the “6 month smile”? I think it’s for more minor straightening of teeth at front. May be all you need.

I don't need any extractions, fillings, etc. He actually said my teeth are very healthy and any method of brace would be suitable. I'm not sure what I was expecting price wise but not that steep.

I'll try the 6 month smile - thank you!

Did you get an alternative? I’ve got straight my teeth because my friend had them and they completely transformed her teeth. I’m on day 2 and they’re feeling very uncomfortable but I’m hoping it’s worth this constant feeling of wanting to rip them out 😂 I looked ahead at what my aligners in 12 weeks time look like and my heavily twisted front tooth is completely straight in it! I will be so amazed if they manage to do that and it was under £700
