What is the female equivalent

I work in finance in London and now instead of suits almost all of my mostly male colleagues wear chinos, a shirt with the top button undone on a polo shirt with a jumper over the top (almost always blue.
I have to admit to hating smart casual as it feels so stressful. With suits it was easy and I didn't have to think. Now I spend ages trying to decide what to wear. Is there an equivalent outfit to the chinos one?

Paper bag or comfortable slim fit trousers
Shirt or shell top
Comfortable blazer or nice cardigan

Midi shirt dress and flats. Well cut trousers and blouse/t-shirt with light jumper.

If you have a lot of suit stuff you can still use them all - just separately. Skirts/trousers with more casual tops and vice versa.

Ribbed polo neck or crew neck thin top/jumper with wide leg trousers.

Do you wear dresses? Jersey/ponte/knit dresses are practical and comfortable. Get a few in navy/grey/black, dress up with different accessories and nobody will notice you've worn the same dress every second day.

Also I agree, suit pieces as separates, like pencil skirt with a sweater looks nice but not overdressed.

Dress and ankle boots

Just workwear that’s not suits / super structured. Loads of blogs etc.

No denim, flip flops, sleeveless, cleavage etc

There really isn't an equivalent uniform. My pre-pandemic work dresses now seem to much. I've bought some new ones online but nothing seems quite right.
