What colour would you say my hair is?

It's actually quite difficult to take photos of your own head Anyway, is it blonde or brown? I've never really been able to work it out, it seems almost too dark to be blonde, but not quite brown either

Defo not mousey, I’m mousey (naturally) and it’s literally the colour of a mouse. Or a wild rabbit.

Honey blonde. Probably goes lighter in summer if you're outside a lot. It's a beautiful colour and in lovely condition.

Dark blonde, level 7ish probably. My natural colour is similar but with a tinge of copper.

Ash blonde

Mouse refers to that sort of pale brown that has almost no colour, a sort of grey/green tinge. Your hair is blonde/dark blonde OP, it isn’t mouse.

Ahh hello my natural hair colour! I haven’t seen you in a while . I describe it as ‘dirty blonde’, it’s too dark to be blonde but too golden to call brown.

This. I would call it dirty blonde. My son has the same hair colour - a lovely darker blonde with a lovely mix of highlights and low lights.

I think peoples perceptions are different to technical terms sometimes. To me it looks around a base 8 which is medium blonde in a Wella chart

I would say its lighter than a 7, its more ashy. I'd say a dark ashy blond

To me that's clearly blonde. The highlights have a more yellowy tone to them, it's blonde in undertone but on the darker end.

Yeah, I think we've found the answer to my question of what shade of haircolour would be light brown, if not the OP's? Light brown hair doesn't exist apparently!?

If blonde, I'd say you were fair and had dark blonde hair on your head.

If brown, I'd most probably say you had light brown hair on your head.

All my arm and leg hair is blonde, but my eyebrows and lashes are darker
