I’d like a leather biker jacket but still trying to find the one.

Dresses for work that work on my body shape. An ongoing battle.

I want the yellow roll neck that Esther Coren used to wear in her photo in the Observer supplement. Also a green sundress.

I don't know, everything! I struggle to identify the real gaps are in my wardrobe. I buy thousands of tops but just end up looking the same day in day out!

I’m holding off now until I see proper summer clothes. I have enough jumpers and long sleeve tops.
For summer, I’m hoping for some Russell and Bromley sandals as they always do nice ones, plus around four new dresses to add to my collection. Also need a posh dress for a wedding

@lookinggood so maybe no new tops? Have a session where you get out every single thing and try it all on. Try on all your jeans, trousers, skirts, dresses, tees, jumpers, shirts, jumpers, footwear and put on a pile those that make you feel and look good and put all the rest in a big bag. Now with the 'feel good' stuff, what outfits can you make? Can you find 3 things to go with each top? Etc

I have my 50th coming up so on the lookout for a dress to wear for a meal in a fancy restaurant and hotel stay. I’m thinking something slinky and draping - maybe with a thigh high split and heels.
Then the following week, have a spa weekend planned so would like a nice “arrival” outfit. Not sure what yet - maybe a jersey Grecian style midi dress. Would love a red leather cross body padded bag to go with but not seen the right one yet.
Then need another dress for that night - I’ve seen a satin copper bias cut slip dress which looks nice but could be unflattering - I’m on a mission to see my abs again by then so hopefully will suit me.

I can't think of any serious gaps in my wardrobe right now. Not seeing anything that yanks my chain and demands "buy me". This might be, is shaping up to be, one of the years when nothing appeals. There's normally a couple of things I consider in most of the Me&Em booklets, but not now. If I look twice it will fail for having puffed sleeves. So this is looking like a year to sit it out, save money and buy something great when there is something wonderful, or I need an outfit/equipment for a new direction in life.

I may be jaundiced... as I have hated the prairie floral flounce from the last four years. Not. My. Style.

Something that isn't ditzy, dotty, floral, animal print, flouncy or finishing about an inch and a half below my arse would be a start.

Some good quality, possibly textured/tactile but not so bloody busy stuff.

New gym tops, I can’t find any I like that don’t cost a fortune.

Work stuff for returning to the office, after 2 years. I’ve no idea what I’d like to wear, my stuff from before seems jaded now and I’ve forgotten how to dress for my job which needs to be smart-ish but not business dress!

I want a jacket in something like cotton twill or canvas, not denim but reasonably heavy that will dress down some of my smarter things in this new working from home / hurtling into retirement life but that will also polish up jeans and chinos and the like. Struggling even though I'm prepared to spend big(ish) for the right one.

A man's or teenage boys suit jacket. Not oversized, I want it to fit but in a mannish cut e.g. no nipped in waist plus I want inside pockets. I've found an interim one in H&M kids in a linen-cotton that's not bad at all but doesn't have the inside pockets.

Some replacement off-white cotton chinos or similar. Found my current pair in a charity shop but don't suppose I'll be as lucky this time.

Some replacement long sleeve cotton Ts. These should really be top of the list as I've been looking for 2 years now. I'm fussy though about colour and neckline.

SO MANY, but I'm sadly on a budget ATM. I'll live vicariously through you though and look forward to the summer when I might get some new sandals

For work stuff, I think I might revert to the ultra-ultra classic default look for six months, until there's a clear direction @Mackmama. You are never going to be marked down for dressing upwards.

Monochrome, matchy-matchy, smooth, chic and very professional. Nice versions of classic ordinary-- possibly briefly, but useful for ages.

I'm.on the look out for pea green sandals, Boden had a pair last year but they had sold out.
I really really want to find some this year

I am with you @XingMing on the flouncy prairie stuff. It has been pretty good for my bank balance as the non flouncy stuff I fancy always seems to be out of budget. But I am so bored.

Anyone got any good retailers they can recommend for linen stuff? I’ve a jumpsuit and couple of tshirts I love but not sure who has a decent range.

I would like an oversized leather biker jacket. I’ve ordered one from H&M I saw on Who, What, Wear but got a bit muddled on sizing and went M and L - I’d usually get a 12 in outerwear and think they might end up being very over-sized.

I would like someone to find me some tops for dressing up jeans to go out please. I'm long bodied, size 12, small boobs and c section belly. So no crops, no big ruffly shouldrs please, and tall would be bonus. Nice fabrics too!

I want a formal, lighter coat for spring. Keeping my eyes peeled.

And some new things for work. Been feeling a bit scruffy at work recently. Too long working at home in jeans.

I am wondering the same. I am really fed up with my wardrobe and have lost my sense of style.

I want some new underwear as they go tatty looking so quickly. Mainly bras.
I'm so over winter clothes now, can't wait to look at summer dresses/sandals etc again, even though I don't need any.
