The crest ones are expensive and there are cheaper ones . Has anyone used any ? I don’t want to waste my money if they are useless . The reviews are very mixed and not sure I trust them !

Legally you can't buy anything with more than 0.1% active product in it over the counter which isn't going to actually whiten teeth, you would be better off going to the hygeniest for a clean up. Dentists can use up to 6%. As you can see anything you buy in a shop is not going to give you the results that the whitening options dentists give. Ring around, if you can find a dentist that does he Phillips Zoom whitening it's around £140 for the trays and the gels, and then top up syringes are around £60.

The wisdom strips have worked well for me

I think the crest whitening ones are amazing. They have brought my teeth up shades whiter in the years I've used them. I use Amazon to buy from but I switch from the uk to the .com (American) and they deliver without being too expensive to my address. I now only have to use them probably once a year for a couple of days as a touch up without having to use the full pack
