Eyelids darker with age. Any ideas?

I've just turned 60 and noticed (another) depressing detail in the mirror

My eyelids, which I've never taken much notice of before, have a dark tint, as though I'm wearing brown eyeshadow

I thought about primer, but it only seems to be clear. I need something to lighten them. I have fairly sensitive eyes as well

Has anyone else found a product that works for this?

I have this problem and use Mac Paint Pot in Painterly. It suits my skin colour and stays put for hours.

Just to update.....

I've found the Revolution eye primer in a sort of creamy colour helps a lot

A slightly more expensive solution for me was Chantecaille Next Generation eye base. Its a kind of chubby pencil and it goes on beautifully and stays put. I often use it on its own as the novelty of having my "normal" eyelid colour back is still new! Makes me look so much brighter.

The hourglass eye primer has a slight tint that might help. Plus it will ensure your eyeshadow doesn't crease even after 12 hours wear.

I recently bought the kiko milano eye primer, the neutral one, it's really good. Eyeshadow stays put and it also takes a lot of discolouration away
