Work bag

Hi!

I’m a teacher and I am on the hunt for the perfect work bag! I want it to have a big central pocket with room for A4 files and books. I want it to be sturdy. The main feature I’m after is two pockets/pouches large enough for a water bottle and travel mug, preferably on the outside of the bag. Does anyone have something similar they could recommend? Thanks

What's your budget?

Look at Mia Tui bags. They have a variety that would suit including insulated compartments for water bottle.

I don’t want to spend much more than £50 but would stretch to £70 if it was an amazing bag!

After searching and searching for the perfect bag I realised my yummy mummy baby bag I had stuck in the back of the cupboard years ago was perfect for my work bag! Plenty of room for laptop and my marking. Loads of pockets for pens and two bottle holders on outside. I have used it for two years and not one person has commented I use a baby bag!

Le pliage can't go wrong with one

I’ve thought about this and may well go down this route.

I’ve had a look at these but they don’t seem to have any useful pockets. I really want to be able to put my water bottle and coffee travel mug in without them rolling around inside my bag and so I don’t have to carry them separately.

Agree, with added organiser with the right configuration of pockets you need .

Would a rucksack be better?

Suprima · 31/01/2022 16:17

Le pliage with separate organiser inside

Or sweaty Betty running backpacks have two pockets for bottles

I’ve been investigating organisers too so this may be an option but not with Le Pliage as not keen on the style. They seem a lot of money for what they are too.

I have one (with useless pockets) and have looked at others but I want a bag really. I’m being incredibly fussy! 😀
