Is this Coach bag good value?

I am not sure I need another bag but my head has been turne by this - in the Saddle. Is this a good deal or do Coach often have sales like this?

For anyone not wanting to click, its the Coach Shay Shoulder bag in Saddle. Says it was £350, now £140.

Coach sales are pretty good and you can find bags at that price point towards the tail end of the sale. But, it may not be that style and they colour.

I've got a couple of coach bags and they are excellent quality and last ages. £140 is good for any leather bag. I've got mine in sales, usually half price or nearly half price. If you think you'll use it a lot it's good value.

It's a big bag if you want that style and it is certainly a good price. I have the smaller version in black and it was over 200.

Check Coach direct as they have an extra discount although JL may have incorporated that.

Coach are excellent quality, and their sales are brilliant. I'd say quality/price make them way way better than much more expensive brands.

Go for it, I have a few Coach bags and they are exceptionally good value. One is six years old, it’s the Edie hobo, I use it regularly in Winter and it still looks in really good condition. They really hold their shape.

Definitely good value.

I just recently bought a tote from them in Bluewater and they held it while I did my other shopping and cleaned my other coach bag for free!

I like it. Wouldn't be ideal for me as I carry too much stuff in it, and the handle size wouldn't give me enough acess to root round easily. You are probably much more organised than me.

That’s a lovely bag. I just ordered the pink version via Coach website for £140, so thank you for the heads up. I was looking for a new work bag following a promotion and am hoping this will be perfect.

I have seen it in real life and decided it was too big for me. It's a well made bag and you will love it.

Coach have sales twice a year- winter and summer.

They reduce a lot of stock by 50% and it's usually the colours they won't do next season. So in the winter sale, the wintery colours go, because the bring out the same style but in summer colours.

I have this bag in oxblood and it's such a good size for an everyday shoulder bag. I bought mine from JL on a 20% off promotion for £280. That's such a good price.
