Mango online order - what size to order?

I’m about to place my order with Mango and wanted to ask people’s experiences with their sizing.
I am a 12, 5’3”. Looking at the size info I am a medium. Some of the things I’m ordering are quite loose so I’m wondering if a small would be better.

I guess I could order both sizes but got to watch cash flow & want to avoid having to return as much as possible.

I’ve recently bought two items from Mango both in M. I’m a 10, 5’8. But they are both quite fitted things rather than oversized though…

@cannaethink thank you, sounds like M is probably the way to go then, possibly even a L in more fitted things. I wondered if they were similar to Zara which I find very inconsistent & depends on the item

I'm a 10, 5 foot 7ish. Bought a skirt in M. It does up but tighter than I'd like. But I also have two coats both Mango S that fit fine.

Mango sizing can be a bit all over the place , much like Zara, so you do need to try and hope for the best.
I'm 5'7 and a pear shaped 14 most places. I've found an L on top & L/XL on bottom depending on fit has been right for the last few things I've ordered, but had to go down to a 10 in a flouncy maxi dress as it swamped me.
I'd guess a M for you, but they were really good with returns so could always order a couple of sizes to try.

I'm a 10 and ordered a top online from Mango, and their size guide said it was a medium, so I bought that and then had to send it back to exchange for small. Quite a wide/loose style though.

Just bought a top in a Mango shop today in size 10, which was the right size (standard kind of top rather than loose).
