Flawless hair remover

I bought one of the Flawless hair remover gadgets on the recommendation of a lot of people. It's useless and doesn't remove any hair at all . Has anyone else had the same problem? I can't remember what site I bought it from so can't return it.

I had one and loved it, was really impressed with how it removed my mustache and the hair on my chin

when the blade went dull from use, I replaced it with this (which is also fab!):

direct.asda.com/george/home/grooming-beauty/babyliss-true-smooth-all-in-one-beauty-pen/050722860,default,pd.html?cmpid=ppc--george--ggle-pla--OD16HOME_GARDEN---_-dskwid-s92700067619331288_dc&ds_rl=1254577&ds_rl=1238816&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI86fa5svU9QIVCu3tCh0cAQ3EEAQYDiABEgKJ7fD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

are you sure you're using it correctly? it is essentially a mini face shaver, so you should use it on clean/dry skin in a circular motion to catch all the fine hairs

Yes I'm using it in a circular motion but it's not removing any hairs at all . I wondered if there was a guard that I haven't removed but I don't think so .
