Can anyone recommend a decent eyelash dye?

I have tried eye lure and found it rubbish. I get my brows waxed and tinted and it’s great but I can’t afford to also get my lashes tinted as it would have to be done regularly. Beautician can’t sell me the one she uses obviously and no recommendations. Anyone else?

Can’t recommend anything else as I have them done at a beautician too as I have found Eye Lure rubbish too.

I use eyelure BROW tint for my eyelashes. Works so much better.

@RunningFromInsanity really? Are they not the same thing though? As in ingredients?

I just had a look and the brow list ingredients is half the length of the eye lash one… any beauticians about to compare??

I just found it much better and darker than the lash tint.
I did some research first and found this-

The original Dylash was created to darken and add colour to both lashes and brows, giving the impression of thickness and depth to lashes and helping to define brows.
But the name changed to Dylash to Dybrow due to a new EU Cosmetics Regulation EC 1223/2009, manufacturers are no longer allowed to place oxidative tints for eyelash use on the retail market since 11th of July 2013. In order to comply with this new Regulation, they had to change the name Dylash to Dybrow. Although the ingredients are the same in Dybrow as were in Dylash, the product can only be sold as a brow product.

The brows one says DO NOT USE ON LASHES I think it's got stronger stuff in that they don't want to be sued over.

I was always using it for both until recently. Switched to the lashes one and find it ok. It doesn't last that long but nor did the salon one.

Don't buy random ones off eBay, god knows what's in them, my eyes swelled up!

If you're paying to tint your brows I would def do it when you do lashes as it's no extra faff and just get the salon to wax/thread.

Wish LVL was easy as I liked the effect but only lasted a few weeks and was £30 and an hour in the salon.

No I’m going to buy from Superdrug and will definitely do a patch test first. I’m not looking for miracles but I have long lashes and the ends are fair so when I have no make up on I look piggy eyed so just want to look a bit more normal with no make up on’

I do the same as @RunningFromInsanity. Just be careful not to put it against the skin, I apply vaseline with a cotton as a barrier along the top of my eyelid. Lovely dark lashes for a few weeks

I use Refectocil for my brows and lashes.
